This Return & Refund Policy applies to all goods sold by Concrete Sealing Supplies ("we", "us", or "our") within Australia. This policy operates in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

2. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Local Pickup Orders

Concrete Sealing Supplies operates primarily as a local pickup business from our warehouse located at 10 Alfa Court, Pakenham VIC 3810.

Customers are encouraged to inspect products at the time of collection and ensure that the products supplied match their order before leaving the premises.

Ownership and responsibility for products pass to the customer upon collection.

4. Change of Mind Purchases

Concrete Sealing Supplies does not offer refunds, exchanges, store credits or order cancellations for:

Change of mind purchases.
Incorrect product selection.
Surplus or unused materials.
Products no longer required by the customer.
Products purchased in excess of project requirements.
Products ordered specifically for a customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application before purchase. We encourage customers to seek technical advice prior to purchase if they are unsure which product is suitable for their project.

5. Website Orders and Special Procurement

Many products sold by Concrete Sealing Supplies are ordered specifically to fulfil customer orders and may not be held in stock at our premises.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled, amended, exchanged or refunded due to:

Change of mind.
Incorrect product selection.
Surplus materials.
The customer no longer requiring the product.
The customer purchasing excess quantities.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that products may be specially procured on their behalf and that the order becomes binding once submitted and accepted by Concrete Sealing Supplies.

6. Faulty, Defective or Incorrectly Supplied Products

If you believe a product is faulty, defective, damaged at the time of collection, or incorrectly supplied, you should notify Concrete Sealing Supplies within 24 hours of collection where reasonably possible.
