This Collection & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all orders placed with Concrete Sealing Supplies ("we", "us", or "our").

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Collection and Delivery

Concrete Sealing Supplies operates primarily as a collection-based business from our warehouse located at:

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

Delivery may be available for selected orders by prior arrangement only and is subject to vehicle availability, delivery location and applicable delivery fees.

Customers requiring delivery must contact Concrete Sealing Supplies before placing their order or prior to collection to discuss availability and obtain a delivery quote.

Any delivery fees must be paid in full before delivery is scheduled.

Concrete Sealing Supplies reserves the right to accept or decline delivery requests at its discretion.

3. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received and cleared.

Many products are ordered specifically to fulfil customer orders and may not be held in stock at our premises at all times.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection or when delivery arrangements have been confirmed.

Order processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on supplier availability, stock levels and product demand.

4. Special Order Products

Some products sold by Concrete Sealing Supplies are specially procured from manufacturers or distributors after an order has been placed.

As these products are ordered specifically on behalf of the customer:

Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted and processed.
Change-of-mind refunds are not available.
Product exchanges are not available.
Deposits and payments are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Collection of Orders

Customers will be notified when products are available for collection.

Products should be collected within a reasonable timeframe after notification unless alternative arrangements have been approved.

Customers are encouraged to inspect products at the time of collection to ensure the correct products have been supplied and that they are free from any obvious defects or damage.

Ownership and responsibility for products pass to the customer upon collection.

6. Delivery Orders

Where delivery has been arranged, customers must ensure that:

Accurate delivery details are provided.
Safe and reasonable site access is available.
Someone is available to receive the goods where required.

Delivery dates and times are estimates only and may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, supplier delays, vehicle availability or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk and responsibility for products pass to the customer upon delivery.
